Year Eight Careers

The Careers focus in Year 8 is to widen the students understanding of the different careers available to them through exposure to specific events and all of the year group participating in one day of work experience.

The opportunities that the students get in Year 8 are:

• Work Shadow Day
• Empower Cyber Event from CYNAM
• Unifrog lessons as part of the PSHE programme
• National Careers Week
• Careers in the Curriculum including trips and visits
